By purchasing this drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✨ What You CAN Do:

• Use the seamless files for personal projects and small-scale physical products.
• Create finished physical products for personal use.
• Access all current and future seamless files added to the Lifetime Drive.

✨ License Requirements:
A separate Commercial License is required for:

• Bamboo products
• Commercial/business use
• Print-on-demand products
• Wholesale production
• Fabric shop printing and sales
• Large-scale manufacturing
• Overseas production

Fabric shops and bamboo businesses must purchase the appropriate license before using any files from this drive.

✨ What You CANNOT Do:

• You may NOT resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the seamless files in their original form.
• You may NOT upload the files to any drive, membership, bundle, website, or file-sharing group.
• You may NOT claim the files as your own artwork.
• You may NOT alter, recolor, or make minor modifications to the files and resell them as new seamless designs.
• You may NOT use the files on bamboo products without purchasing the required license.
• You may NOT use the files for commercial purposes without purchasing the required license.

✨ Digital Use & Resale:
The seamless files themselves may never be sold, shared, distributed, or included in any digital product for resale.

✨ Overseas Manufacturing:
Sending files to overseas manufacturers is strictly prohibited unless an Overseas Production License has been purchased.

✨ Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

These terms are subject to updates at any time. Continued use of the files constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
