• PNG Files
• Clipart
• Mockups

Do I receive a physical product?

No. All products sold by The Graphic Cowgirl are digital downloads only.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase has been completed.

What file types will I receive?

File formats vary depending on the product listing. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.

Can I share my files?

No. Purchased files may not be shared, gifted, copied, distributed, or transferred to another person.

Can I resell your digital files?

No. Under no circumstances may digital files be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own.

What if I have trouble downloading my files?

Please contact us and we will gladly assist with download issues.

SEAMLESS FILES

Without a Commercial License:

• Personal use only.
• Physical product use only.
• No digital product use.
• No resale of the digital file.                                     • No overseas sending

With a Commercial License:

• Physical product use allowed.
• Digital product use allowed.
• Overseas manufacturing and production allowed.
• Unlimited end-product sales allowed.

MOCKUPS

• May be used for product display and marketing purposes.
• May not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
• May not be claimed as your own work.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Resell any digital file in its original form.
• Share purchased files with others.
• Upload files to sharing websites.
• Claim any design as your own original artwork.
• Transfer licenses to another person.

The Graphic Cowgirl reserves the right to modify licensing and drive terms at any time without prior notice.
