LIFETIME CLIPART DRIVE TERMS OF USE

By purchasing this drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✨ What You CAN Do:

• Use the clipart for personal and commercial projects.
• Create finished PNGs, seamless files, transfers, digital designs, and physical products using the clipart.
• Combine clipart with other design elements to create new and unique designs.
• Access all current and future clipart added to the Lifetime Drive.

✨ What You CANNOT Do:

• You may NOT resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the clipart in its original form.
• You may NOT upload the clipart to any drive, membership, bundle, website, or file-sharing group.
• You may NOT claim the clipart as your own artwork.
• You may NOT sell the clipart as standalone elements.
• You may NOT make minor modifications to the clipart and resell it as new clipart.

✨ Creating New Designs:
Clipart must be incorporated into a new finished design before resale. You may use the clipart to create:

• PNG designs
• Seamless files
• Transfers
• Digital products
• Physical products

The original clipart files may never be sold, shared, or redistributed on their own.

✨ Commercial Use:
Commercial use is permitted when the clipart is incorporated into a completed design. The clipart itself cannot be sold, shared, or distributed as a standalone file.

✨ Overseas Production:
If using completed designs created with this clipart for overseas manufacturing, an Overseas Production License may be required according to shop licensing terms.

✨ Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

These terms are subject to updates at any time. Continued use of the files constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
